Restaurant in Fort Smith, Montana is hiring a Chef / Kitchen Manager to run day-to-day kitchen operations for the season.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can cook, manage a small team, and keep quality and consistency high in a busy seasonal environment.

Pizza
Burgers
Wings
Occasional specials.

Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations
Cook on the line
Manage prep and execution
Maintain food quality and consistency
Ordering / inventory
Kitchen cleanliness and organization
Work with ownership on smooth daily operations

Compensation:
Salary DOE
Free housing (2 bed / 1 bath house, one block from restaurant)
Free meals
25% of restaurant net profit (paid per written agreement)
Potential to become a year-round position for the right candidate

Requirements
Strong cooking experience (chef, sous chef, kitchen manager, or lead line cook)
Able to manage a small kitchen team
Reliable and self-directed
Available for the full season (April 15–October 15)
