This bed cover came off a 2012 Crewcab Chevy Colorado. I believe it fits the Colorado models from 2004-2012. UnderCover is the brand. It has 2 struts that support it when open. Comes with all necessary hardware to install. Great for making a secure load and keeping things out of the weather and out of site in the bed.
