Ewes with lambs looking to relocate. From a small, well-maintained flock. Ewes had their yearly shots May 1st; Covexin 8 for C/D-T and Case-Bac for CL.
Lambs have all received their primary C/D-T shots as well as the follow-up secondary dose.
Free-choice access to salt/mineral and dewormer blocks year around.
1. 2 year old Katahdin/Dorper ewe with ewe lamb sired by a Katahdin/Suffolk ram. Lambed 3/22. Was a bottle baby herself as her dam was gender preferential to males and so she is very friendly. Rolling out of my program as she has shown to be gender preferential to females. She has been an excellent first time mother otherwise. $ 2 5 0
2. Two 5 year old St. Croix/Katahdin ewes with their 2026 lambs sired by a Katahdin/Suffolk ram. Were bottle babies themselves and are friendly once they get to know you. #1 has a pair of twin ewe lambs born 3/26 and her sister #2 has a ewe and ram lamb born 4/4. The little ram has not dropped enough yet for me to comfortably band him for a wether without worrying about complications. His sister is a part-time bottle baby and comes when called for her twice daily supplemental feedings, at 8-8:30a.m and 7:30-8p.m.
These ewes are rolling out of my program due to already declining milk production. They are very closely bonded to each other and must stay together. $ 5 0 0 for the family lot.
3. 7 year old Katahdin/Dorper ewe with her 2026 ram lambs sired by a Katahdin/Suffolk ram. Lambed 3/24. Good mother but now in declining milk production due to age. One lamb is a part-time bottle baby and comes when called for his twice daily supplemental feedings, at 8-8:30a.m and 7:30-8p.m. Neither of these boys has dropped enough for me to feel comfortable banding for wethers without the concern of complications. $ 2 5 0
Will do a group discount for all four ewes and their lambs of $ 8 5 0
