I have a good rental history
I have the payment and deposit.
I have a full time job (same job for almost 3 years now)
I have reached out to multiple places that say that they are renting, and everything seems to be a scam or i'm just not getting any return. I really have three weeks to find somewhere or me.And my kid are gonna be homeless, which is not ideal.
Anything would help or leads would be appreciated.
I've usually just had private landlord's... i would kind of like to keep it that way. It's just much easier I feel.
I would generally like to keep it less than a thousand a month.
