We do pavement marking (epoxy/paint striping), traffic control, and highway work across
Montana — and we pay for real.
WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS:
• Road construction crew work — this is NOT over-the-road trucking
• Roughly 50% driving/operating and 50% hands-on labor
• We work the whole state: crews head out Monday morning and are typically back Friday
night. Home weekends. Lodging on the road is PAID.
• Outdoor work, 6–8 months a year, making Montana's roads safer for everyone
WHAT YOU MAKE:
• $37.08/hr base pay on the job
• Over $50/hr once you count benefits (all in)
• 60 to 70 HOURS A WEEK is our normal, all season. Overtime built in, not "up to."
• Work 6–8 months and out-earn the average annual take-home pay in Montana
• Straight talk: travel and shop hours pay a lower prevailing rate (same as everyone in
this business) — but the work itself pays $37+/hr, far above the $18–$28 most construction jobs around here pay.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license
• A clean-enough driving record (we run a DOT driving-history check)
• Good with being on the road Monday–Friday (lodging paid, home weekends)
• Ready for long hours and physical outdoor work
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED): CDL, equipment or road-construction experience,
striping/pavement-marking experience, or traffic-control (TCT/TCS) training. Any of
these = start higher, move up faster.
No experience? No CDL? Still apply. If you show up and work, we'll train you and pay you
well while you learn.
