We are two gainfully employed 40+ adults looking for a rental that will allow 3 pets. We have a medium size dog and two cats. All the pets are well behaved and non-destructive, UTD on vetting and spayed/neutered.
It's apparently impossible for the companies here to allow someone with three pets to rent from them.
We're seeking a smaller 2br under $1500/mo. We care for our homes as if we own them and do maintenance, yard work, and regular deep cleanings. We are quiet and mind our business and don't disrupt where we are.
We are currently over-housed and want to downsize drastically.
We are even willing to put some sweat equity in to reduce rent, depending on the property.
