Local Whitehall man looking for land in Jefferson County within 15-20min of I-90 or I-15.
Will need a low down & low monthly payments so I will be able to afford to build a house, barn, fences, etc... while maintaining the land payments. No HOA or covenants & not in town limits, Will need enough land for a couple horses & a few head of cattle. 5 + acres. This needs to be usable land, not a hillside. I’d like It to have some timber & pasture, but will make do if the price is right.
In my 50’s, self employed, country, republican & make a living on my own.
