The room rental is $500. monthly, plus a $75.00 per month utility share per occupant, for a total of $575. per month, due not later than the first day of each month, and prior to move in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of $575. as well as a $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit are both required at time of signature of room rental agreement.
Monthly rent payments, as well as all required deposits may be made in cash, money order, or via Cash App (1.57% CashApp Transaction Fee Applies / Fee is waived with a 12 month room rental agreement). Minimum room rental agreement of 3 calendar months is required. High speed WiFi access is available for an additional $31.50 per month.
