Room rental includes shared use of common areas of the house, including the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, front porch and use of the laundry facilities in the basement. Kitchen is fully outfitted with kitchenware, cookware, eating and cooking utensils and a dishwasher: all available for your use. Parking is street side. This is a great room for a student, temp worker, young professional, contract semi-professional. The house is quiet. Occupancy is available to male occupant(s) only, this is due to shared use of common areas. No smoking; No drugs; No alcohol.

There are three rooms upstairs for rent. The rent is based on the size. The large room is 12x12 feet and rents for $500.00 / month. The middle room is 12x9 feet and rents for $400.00 / month. The small room is 11x7.5 feet and rents for $300.00/ month.

The room rental includes utilities and garbage. The house is heated by forced air furnace. The house has Wifi available as well.

Monthly rent payments are due on the first of each month. Cash is preferred for payment, but other arrangement can be made. If you move in in the middle of a month, the rent will be prorated to the end of that month, then the full rent amount will be due on the 1st of the next month.

All applicants will be subject to a rental screening, including background check.
