This is a solid unit. Ready to drive away and be yours. It’s been taken on out of town trips a handful of times, with no hard miles put on it. Appliances work. Done recent work including, a new quadrajet carburetor with electric choke. New gas/ electric water heater installed. Runs great. New starter, new master cylinder. New distributor, cap and rotor. Installed a new dash fan. I’ve gone through and put in an electric fridge. Couches fold into futon beds.
Has a working furnace with good heat. Comes with two spares that have never been used/ driven on. I am throwing in a 32” flat screen tv to go with it.
Onboard Onan generator.
It could use: some new wallpaper.
Some new tranny cooler lines.
The engine is in good repair. Did a compression test on the motor. 135-140 p.s.i on all cylinders. Even took out the gas tank to inspect inside and out. It was very clean, with no rust forming.
Has grey water drain hook up pipe.
Engine battery recently replaced.
Tires decent tread.
