2022 LC25 Quantum Class C Motorhome with E450 Ford Chassis, (7.3L V8 gas engine, called the Godzilla) in excellent condition. There has only been one owner, who has taken meticulous care of it. It has always been stored in a heated garage. It has only been used twice, and smells and looks brand new. We are motivated to sell this motorhome due to health reasons. Why pay for the price of a new one, when you can buy this one that is like new, at a much lower price? It sleeps up to 6 people, but is also an excellent size for 1 or 2. It has lots of storage inside and out. It has 8000 lb towing capabilities. It only has 9,444 miles on it, and 2,100 miles was delivery to the dealership. There is a 4.0 Micro Quiet Onan Generator, with auto start that is very quiet. There is a 100 W Solar charging system w/power controller. It has a really nice sized refrigerator and freezer. There is a 3-burner cooktop with glass cover and oven. Yes, it has a real oven! Overhead of the stove is a microwave with fan. Three TVs. One, 39" TV on manual swivel in cabover. One 32" in bedroom, and one 32" exterior entertainment TV with built in soundbar for watching your favorite game by the campfire! There is a black tank flush system. It is also easy to winterize. It has a 7" touch screen dash radio, with a backup camera, and can be set up for SiriusXM, Apple CarPlay, or Android Audio. The high output single roof A/C keeps it very cool inside, and the high output propane heater keeps it nice and toasty. It is a 4-season model, and the holding tanks have heated pads to keep them from freezing. It has a Connect WIFI/4G/TV antenna on the roof. There is a second auxiliary battery. The 6-gallon gas/electric water heater heats up fast. It has equalizer stabilizer rear jacks that work with a push of a button. There are valve stem extenders for the inside rear wheels. There are stainless steel wheel liners. The cabover sleeping area is a nice size for 2, and has a bunk ladder. The leatherette sofa converts to a queen-sized murphy bed that is extremely comfortable. The leatherette dinette booth with cell phone charger built into the table converts into another bed. There is a 12v outlet by the murphy bed. The outside shower works well. There is a 16ft power awning, and an awning that goes over the slide out. The slide out is on the driver side and has the bed and dinette in it. There is a 40-gallon freshwater tank, 33-gallon black water tank, and 33-gallon water tank. It has a 55-gallon gas fuel tank, and a built in 40-pound propane tank. It is 25ft long and 11 feet tall.
